Describe the property, current condition, requested services and any access restrictions. Separate additional carpet, window, gutter or other work instead of assuming it is included within a general cleaning request. If the scope, readiness or access arrangements change, contact the business to discuss the effect before relying on the earlier proposal.

Carpet drying is typically under three hours, subject to airflow and room conditions. It is not a guaranteed return-to-use deadline. Do not assume an outcome, stain-removal or deposit-return guarantee; discuss any specific requirements before agreeing the work.

The confirmed public liability cover is £5m. The business holds an Environment Agency waste carrier licence for sweeper and gutter waste.
